We love the work HOMEWARDesign did in our custom home. We love how functional the layout is, and how much open space and storage we have. With a mix on a farmhouse yet modern style, each detail works so well together. Each room has unique qualities about it that we love, and no details were overlooked.

I worked with Joseph as a house designer and thoroughly enjoyed it! He was very respectful and listened to what I wanted in a house. We had a great consultation and then he went to his drawing board to design our house. A week later, he came back with the design that was perfect for our needs. After getting a couple referrals for designers, we met with Joseph and one other person. We were very impressed with Joseph's ideas and vision for our home, so we decided to use him as our designer. We wanted to add a large garage to our existing house, along with approximately 1,400 square feet of new space (kitchen, master suite, laundry room, office). We had ideas in our head as to what we wanted and Joseph ran with our ideas, showed us how the plans would look, and we realized we needed change things or our would not have good curb appeal. We used his vision to design an incredible remodel that really met our desires. Joseph drew up the plans and we took them to an architect - who was able to draw the plans according to Josephs plans without any issues. Later we had Joseph do renderings of parts of the house in 3D, which were amazing. I would strongly recommend Joseph to anyone undertaking a remodel or building - even if you think you know what you want, his experience and vision will help you with your design and make recommendations if you want to hear other ideas.

When we began our project we were not sure of our style or exactly what we wanted and he provided some very helpful direction. The final design was amazing! We hired Joseph from HOMEWARDesign to help us with plans to build a nearly 500 sq ft covered deck on our home. We had considered the project seriously for a year or more and felt we had a good idea of what we wanted before we even called Joseph. During our first meeting, he thoughtfully asked us questions about how we intended to use the space and listened carefully to our ideas to be certain he understood our goals. Within a few days, he had prepared detailed illustrations of the project that included a few ideas that we had never considered that took the project from run-of-the-mill to custom design! He pinpointed specific elements that would be worth more of our budget, while adjusting other elements where we could save money. With his help and clear illustrations, we were better prepared to communicate with the structural engineer as well as with our builder. In the end, we got exactly what we hoped for!

We could have skipped over help from Joseph because we really did have a good idea of what we wanted. And we would have been able to get a good deck. But with Joseph's insight and ideas, we got an incredible deck that was well worth all the time, energy, and resources spent to build it!

HOMEWARDesign helped us with our recent remodel. They were spectacular. We wanted to change from a dark traditional look to a brighter, more contemporary feel, and HOMEWARDesign was the perfect pick for us. They were very knowledgable and professional, but we also appreciated their simple and friendly approach. Joseph did an amazing job designing our basement for us. Joseph came over, looked at our basement and immediately came up with ideas for the space that we never would have thought of on our own. His design was a great use of space, and he listened to us about how we wanted to use the space. He was easy to work with and was very willing to adjust our design when we changed our minds about a couple of things. 

Joseph also designed a remodel of our main level that turned out beautifully. He created a lattice design for the window above our fireplace that was nothing short of brilliant! We get compliments on the window design every time someone comes to the house. Joseph's use of color and texture in the space was modern and up to date. He is a talented designer and comes highly recommended by us.

Joseph from HOMEWARDesign consulted us on the remodel of our home. He was an amazing resource of knowledge and help from a layout, color scheme, and furniture perspective.
